Outboard Motor Support Bracket – Spring Loaded Transom Saver
Protect your boat and outboard during transport with the Spring-Loaded Outboard Motor Support Bracket, designed to support the outboard motor while trailering and reduce unnecessary stress on the boat's transom and motor pivot bracket.
The support bracket helps prevent the outboard from bouncing, turning and moving excessively as the trailer travels over uneven roads.
Its spring-loaded shock-absorbing design helps absorb road vibration and impact while supporting the motor in the tilted transport position.

Why Use a Motor Support Bracket?
An outboard motor places considerable leverage on a boat's transom when travelling on a trailer.
Road bumps, vibration and movement can cause the outboard to bounce while being transported.
A motor support bracket helps stabilise the outboard and transfers some of this movement to the trailer support structure, helping protect both the outboard mounting system and boat transom.
Ideal For
- Aluminium boats
- Fishing boats
- Bass boats
- Centre-console boats
- Pontoons
- Recreational boats
- Trailered outboard boats
Important
Always ensure the support bracket is correctly fitted between the trailer and outboard before towing.
Check that the outboard, support bracket and retaining strap are secure before travelling.
Compatibility and installation position may vary depending on the boat trailer and outboard configuration.
